Pain in the Attic

This is US

I’m from a small town called Williamsport located in central PA.

Here in Williamsport there is a lot of history, especially when it comes to real estate. To give you a brief throwback, in the 1880’s, Williamsport used to be known as the “Lumber Capitol of the World.” Lumbering was quite the lucrative business, and at the time Williamsport actually housed more millionaires per capita than anywhere else in the world. Pretty crazy. So needless to say, there are some pretty awesome old homes here.

Back in 2015 I decided to give the real estate market a whirl and purchased my first duplex. It was basically a crash course into real estate, but I loved it. I love the hands on aspect of it, the constant learning, and the gratification and satisfaction of making a house a home.

Flash forward a couple of years, and I met my now husband Vince. He and I share a lot in common, including our love for Williamsport and the development of this city. Between the two of us, I believe we really can make a positive difference in our city— one property at a time.

So, I thought I would take a little bit of time to tell you about me and why I love doing what we're doing.

I love building things.  Ever since I was a kid you couldn't get me to stop playing with legos or Lincoln logs. I love being able to create and fix things.  To make them better than they were.

That leads me into another reason why I really love this.  I grew up around Williamsport.  I lived other places but I always seem to be drawn back here.  I want to make a difference.  I want to help create a better and brighter future for this area. This area has so many great things to offer and I see so much potential.  I want to make it better.

And lastly, I get share something that I love doing with the absolute love of my life.  I said how Williamsport kept pulling me back.  Well, I thank goodness it did.  If it hadn't been for me coming back I would have never gotten so lucky.  And now I get to look forward everyday to not only doing what I'm passionate about, but I get to share all of it with Selina.

And now, we get to share our experiences with you. Hope you enjoy!
